If for any reason you do not receive your order from www.linotar.com, that has been shipped within 30 days from the date of shipment, a credit will be applied to your credit card or Paypal account equal to the amount charged or a replacement shipment sent to you. All shipments lost in shipping will be traced and investigated by DHL.com. Please call or email us regarding non receipt of shipment.
