Exorex (essentially similar to Linotar) superior to conventional 5% coal tar
Exorex (Linotar) is superior to a conventional coal tar lotion (5%) for treatment of mild to moderate psoriasis, and may be preferred as a first-line topical treatment according to a study published in the 2003 issue of the Journal of Dermatological Treatment.

Exorex (Linotar) as effective as Dovonex (Daivonex)
Exorex (Linotar) has been found to be as effective as Dovonex (Daivonex) in treating psoriasis in a study published in the August 2003 issue of the British Journal of Dermatology.
